Refund policy

Section 1: ORDER RETURN.

Due to NYS SLA state laws, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any order that was delivered and signed for, unless there is damaged to the item or the wrong item was received.

Section 2: ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS.

2.1 If an order needs to be canceled, please call or email the store directly.
